Summer Fair, Saturday 16 June, 11am - 2pm

Welcome to Burhill-On-Sea!  It’s that time of year again and this year we are turning the playground into a British Seaside!  The Summer Fair promises to be another great family event, plenty of games, stalls, inflatables and bungee trampolines!  Let’s hope the weather warms up again, although maybe it will be traditional British beach weather!  A few important notices:

· Mufti Day, Friday 8th June.  To fill our alcohol and sweet stall, we rely on your kind donations so will be having a Mufti day.  In exchange for your children wearing their own clothes, please could you bring sweets/chocolates (Nursery, Reception & KS1) and alcohol (KS2) and put them in the trolleys at each entrance on Friday 8 June.

· Beachcomber Bounties (aka Treasure Jars).  Dig out your old books and start collecting jam jars.  The kids love the treasure jar stall, so please start filling your old jam jars with sweets, toys and small treats up to the value of £1 and decorate them.  We will be collecting them, along with your old books, during the week of 11 June.

· Raffle.  We are collecting some great prizes for our raffle and will be selling tickets during the week of 11 June.  Please bring your change!

· Volunteers please!  Your class reps will shortly be asking for your help to man the various stalls and games on the day.  If you can spare half an hour to help, that would be great.
